Semi-Private Personal Training
Our sessions are 55-mins and 4:1, four clients to one coach. The coach rotates around the session, watching your technique and guiding you through your tailored program. Train with like-minded people. It’s the perfect balance of motivation and challenge.

Individualised Program
Our expert coaches write programs based on your goals, lifestyle and fitness level. During the session, and over the course of the program, they’ll dial the intensity up or down to meet you where you’re at. Our coaches are qualified rehab professionals and can work with injuries too. Leave it to them.

Nutrition Plan
Great results come from the right combination of training and fuelling your body with the right foods. Your Habitat membership includes a personalised nutrition guide that complements your workouts. Or upgrade to our comprehensive Nutrition+ Plan.

Ultra Flexi Booking System
Choose from over 50 sessions and 200 spots a week! Our booking systems are designed to work with your schedule. You’re in charge. Easily book, reschedule and cancel sessions on our Habitat app.

Coaching Support
A large part of building strong habits happens outside the gym. Our coaches are here for you even outside of training sessions. We check-in with you every week to keep you accountable and make sure you always feel supported.

Progress Check-ins
Every 6 weeks, you’ll sit down with your coach for a progress review. We’ll do an InBody scan, celebrate your wins, and set clear next steps. Your program gets updated to match your progress so you keep moving forward with the right amount of challenge.

Yes. We work with a wide range of clients. From complete beginners, to experienced athletes training for events like adventure racing and marathon running. And of course anyone who wants to get back into training after some time off. We’re here for it all.

Even though there’s up to 3 others in the class, you will follow your own personalised program. Everyone’s focused on their own workout and the coach rotates through each person.
There’s a big chance you’ll be training with people of different fitness levels and goals. It also means you can train with your friends with different fitness levels. We see that it really adds an element of dynamic motivation! -
Ultra Flexible! Our booking system means you book times that work for you. You can attend any session as long as it’s not full. You have your own personalised program and all our coaches have access to it. No more lining up your schedule to your gym’s. Plus the Habitat app makes it super easy to reschedule and cancel.

Habitat’s personal training sessions have up to 4 clients to 1 coach. They are much more dynamic, challenging and motivating. We include nutrition planning, regular body composition scans, mindset, lifestyle, and training workshops, and support outside of sessions. You attend them at Habitat’s private gym that’s designed for our programs.
